Mikael Karamaniants has spent over two decades in digital product engineering — long enough to have built software through several technology eras, and to have learned what survives them.
He began as an engineer, writing code and designing system architecture. That foundation shaped how he leads today: he understands the systems his teams build, the trade-offs behind every technical decision, and what separates software that scales from software that collapses under its own success. He is the rare founder who can sit in both the architecture review and the board meeting, and add value to each.
As founder of DigiNeat Smart Technologies, Mikael built a company defined less by the number of projects delivered than by how long clients stay. DigiNeat’s shortest ongoing client relationship is five years; its longest exceeds eighteen — a track record that reflects his core conviction: that real value in technology compounds over time, through partnership rather than transaction.
