Industries we serve

We don’t just build software — we partner with companies in industries we’ve been working in for years. Technology is the easy part. Understanding your business, your customers, and the constraints you operate under is what makes us useful long after launch.

Long-term technology partnerships in regulated, high-stakes industries — with the depth that comes from years inside each one.

  • Multi-Asset Brokerage: 8+ years partnership with a global brokerage
  • Banking & Neobanking: 5+ years building IT ecosystem for a global neobank
  • Shortest ongoing client partnership: 5 years · Longest: 18+ years

Why we work by industry, not by request

Most software agencies advertise themselves as “able to build for any industry.” We don’t. We’ve spent years inside specific industries — brokerage, banking, fintech, SaaS, telecom — and we’ve learned something most generalist shops miss: technology is the easy part.

The hard part is understanding why a banking app can’t just “add a feature” without an AML review, why a brokerage can’t simply switch payment processors mid-quarter, why a fintech startup’s MVP architecture decides whether they survive their Series A. These aren’t technology questions. They’re industry questions — and they only come from working inside an industry long enough to absorb them.

That’s why our average client partnership runs in years, not months. Once we know your industry, we’re a different kind of partner than a vendor solving tickets.

Technology is the easy part. Understanding the industry you operate in is what makes a partner different from a contractor.

Industries we know

Six industries where we’ve gone deep. Each one taught us things you can’t learn from a single project.

Multi-Asset Brokerage

For technical capabilities

We’ve been the technology partner for a global multi-asset brokerage for over 8 years. We understand what it means to operate under multi-jurisdiction regulation, how broker P&L actually works, what IB networks need to scale, what back-office reconciliation looks like at month-end. When you talk to us about a brokerage platform, you’re not explaining brokerage to us.

Banking & Neobanking

For technical capabilities

We’ve spent 5+ years building and operating the full IT ecosystem of a global neobank. We understand how product, risk, compliance, and engineering have to work together — not in theory, in weekly reality. We know what KYC backlogs do to growth, why infrastructure choices made early decide your scaling pain at 100K users, and how to talk to compliance teams without slowing the product down.

Fintech & Payments

For technical capabilities

Across brokerage, banking, wallets, and payment-adjacent products, we understand the fintech operating model: how product-market fit interacts with regulatory pressure, why “compliance-first” architecture pays off two years later, and how to build for the regulators who’ll inevitably visit. We work with fintech founders who are building serious products, not weekend projects.

SaaS

For technical capabilities

We’ve built and operated a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving 15+ million streaming sessions monthly since 2021. We understand the SaaS economics: how multi-tenancy decisions made on day one show up in unit economics on day 800, how MRR retention is an engineering decision as much as a product one, and why most SaaS MVPs fail not at launch but at the first major customer.

Telecom

For technical capabilities

We’ve been building and continuously evolving the service platform of a regional telecom since 2021 — web, internal systems, and Smart TV experience as part of one connected ecosystem. We understand what telecom-grade reliability actually means, how telcos integrate with billing and BSS/OSS, and the operational mindset that comes with serving customers around the clock.

Communication & Media

For technical capabilities

Award-winning work in communication products (MDI Connect, Horizon Interactive Gold 2025) and media infrastructure. We understand what makes communication products actually used — not the features people demo, but the daily friction that decides retention. We understand media operations: content workflows, monetization, distribution across platforms.

What “industry depth” actually means

"Industry experience" gets claimed by every agency. Here’s what it actually means in practice when you work with us:

We don’t need an education phase

When a brokerage explains its IB structure, when a bank describes its AML workflow, when a SaaS founder talks about churn cohorts — we’re not learning. We’re calibrating. Discovery moves faster, and we ask the questions that matter, not the ones that demonstrate effort.

We push back when it matters

Industry depth means we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t in your sector. If you ask for something we’ve seen fail before, we’ll tell you — with reasoning, not just objection. That’s what partners do

Our architecture decisions reflect industry reality

A trading platform isn’t architected like a SaaS dashboard, even if both run on similar tech. A neobank’s data model isn’t a regular CRUD app, even if it looks like one in the demo. Our default architecture choices are shaped by what each industry actually requires.

We bring patterns, not just hands

After years in an industry, certain patterns become obvious — patterns generalists discover the hard way. KYC workflows that don’t paralyze growth. Brokerage admin tools that survive auditor visits. SaaS billing that doesn’t need a rewrite when you add usage-based plans. We bring these patterns to every project.

The compliance & regulation question

Banking and brokerage clients ask this question first, so let’s answer it directly.

We are not a law firm. We don’t provide compliance advice or regulatory interpretation — that’s your compliance team’s job, and rightly so. What we do is something different and arguably more useful: we understand how regulation shapes software.

We know what MiFID II reporting means as a data model, not just a phrase. We know why KYC architecture decides whether your operations team will hate you at scale. We know what AML alert workflows look like in production, what regulators ask to see during an audit, and how to design systems that hold up to inspection.

That means we work effectively alongside your compliance team — not making their decisions, but speaking their language and engineering for the world they live in. Compliance teams hate working with developers who don’t understand regulation. We aren’t those developers.
