What makes DigiNeat different from typical web development agencies.
Every project is delivered by a multidisciplinary team — senior engineers, backend specialists, designers, and a dedicated project manager. Production-grade web applications require coordinated craft, not a single developer with AI tools
Our engineers use modern AI tools to accelerate development — code generation, testing, refactoring. But every architectural decision, security review, and product trade-off is made by experienced humans. Speed without judgment is technical debt.
We have taken digital products from concept to multi-million-dollar revenue. We design architecture, data models, and infrastructure with that scale in mind from day one — not as a future "we will fix it later" problem.
For clients from Tier 1 countries, we do not require upfront payment. You pay as we deliver — milestone by milestone. Free initial consultation, NDA on request.
Headquartered in Los Angeles with engineering centers abroad. You get the accessibility, contracting, and accountability of a US partner with the cost efficiency of offshore delivery.

DigiNeat operates at the highest tier of partnerships with leading open-source technology vendors. We are a Silver Sponsor of Nuxt and an official Nuxt agency partner — one of approximately 20 agencies worldwide listed on the Nuxt partner directory. We are also an Authorized Strapi Reseller under a formal agreement with Strapi Inc., the company behind the leading open-source headless CMS. These relationships give us direct access to core framework teams, early visibility into roadmaps, and the ability to deliver — and commercially support — these technologies at enterprise scale.

A selection of mobile applications we designed and built for clients across industries.
A structured five-stage approach from initial brief to production launch.
We start with business goals, not features. Stakeholder interviews, market research, technical assessment, and competitive analysis. We deliver a written project plan with architecture decisions, team composition, fixed-scope pricing, and a delivery timeline before any code is written.

System architecture, data modeling, API design, and UX/UI work happen in parallel. We deliver a documented technical architecture, design system in Figma, interactive prototype, and a phased delivery plan. For complex projects, this stage may include proof-of-concept work on the highest-risk components.

Sprint-based delivery with weekly demos. Every sprint produces a deployable build in a staging environment that you can test directly. Code is committed to your repository from day one, CI/CD pipelines are configured early, and infrastructure-as-code ensures reproducible environments.

Automated testing throughout development plus a dedicated quality cycle before launch: security audit, penetration testing where relevant, performance benchmarking under load, accessibility review, and compliance verification for regulated industries (KYC/AML, GDPR, PCI DSS as applicable).

Production deployment with monitoring, incident response procedures, and documentation handover. Post-launch, we transition into continuous evolution mode: feature iteration, performance optimization, scaling support, and platform modernization as your business grows.

Typical MVP timeline: 12-16 weeks
Full-scale platforms: 6–12+ months. Our shortest ongoing
client partnership is 5 years, our longest exceeds 18 years.
Three engagement models to match your project stage and budget. Mobile development starts at $10,000.
Best for: MVPs and projects with clearly defined scope
A single agreed price for a clearly defined scope of work. Fixed timeline, fixed deliverables, no scope-driven surprises. Entry-level pricing applies to focused, well-documented scopes; standard web application engagements fall in the $40,000–$200,000 range depending on complexity.
Best for: Evolving products, scaling platforms, and continuous development
Pay for actual engineering hours used. Maximum flexibility to adjust scope, priorities, and team composition as the product evolves. The preferred model for production platforms with active growth.
Best for: Long-term partnerships, full product ownership, and core systems

About the founderDetailed case studies and client references — including from our longest-running partnerships — are available on call under NDA.
Common questions from clients during the discovery phase.
Web application development at DigiNeat starts at $15,000 for focused, well-defined scopes. Standard web application engagements fall in the $40,000–$200,000 range. Multi-million-dollar enterprise platforms and multi-year strategic partnerships scale beyond that. Final pricing is determined after a free discovery session where we review your requirements, technical context, and business goals — and provide a written proposal with timeline and team composition.
A minimum viable product typically takes 12–16 weeks from kickoff to App Store submission. Full-scale applications with backend and admin panels take 4–9 months. We commit to specific timelines in writing as part of the proposal, and you receive working builds every week throughout development.
A focused MVP typically takes 16–24 weeks from kickoff to production launch. Full-scale platforms with backend, admin tooling, and complex integrations take 6–12+ months. We commit to specific timelines in writing as part of the proposal, and you receive deployable builds in a staging environment every sprint throughout development.
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA on request before discovery. Your business concept, technical architecture, customer data, and competitive positioning remain confidential from the first conversation. Many of our longest-running clients operate under NDAs that span multiple years — confidentiality is a core operational principle, not an exception.
You do. All code, designs, documentation, and intellectual property created during the engagement are transferred to you. Code is committed to your repository from day one — we do not hold deliverables hostage, and we do not reuse client code in other engagements. IP transfer is explicit in our contracts.
For clients from Tier 1 countries, we do not require advance payments. You pay milestone by milestone as work is delivered and accepted. For long-term engagements, payment terms are negotiated to match the engagement structure (monthly retainer for Dedicated Team, milestone-based for Fixed Price, monthly invoicing for T&M).
Every project is led by senior engineers with a minimum of five years of production experience. The communication model depends on your team’s setup. If you have a technical lead or in-house engineering team, we set up direct contact with our developers. If your team is non-technical, we assign a dedicated account manager — a working developer with project management experience — who translates between your business goals and the engineering team.
Post-launch is where most of our work actually happens. Production systems require continuous evolution: feature iteration, performance optimization, security patching, OS/SDK/dependency updates, infrastructure scaling, and compliance maintenance for regulated industries. Long-term partnerships are our preferred engagement model — our shortest ongoing client relationship is 5 years, our longest exceeds 18.
Yes. We frequently augment internal teams, take over existing codebases for modernization, and integrate with established engineering processes. We follow your code conventions, repositories, and tooling — not the other way around. If we identify issues with the inherited codebase — outdated architecture, security gaps, or maintainability problems — we provide a written assessment with prioritized recommendations and a roadmap to bring the code up to modern engineering standards.
For regulated environments — fintech, banking, healthcare, payment processing — we follow security and compliance frameworks appropriate to the industry: SOC 2 principles, ISO 27001 alignment, PCI DSS-aligned architecture, GDPR compliance, KYC/AML integration with established providers, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting where applicable. Security audits and penetration testing are part of our standard pre-launch quality cycle for regulated industries.
Team composition is flexible. On Time & Material or Dedicated Team engagements, you can scale team size up or down with reasonable notice, add specialized roles (DevOps, data engineering, security) as needs evolve, or pause and resume the engagement as your business cycle requires. We treat our team as an extension of your organization, not a fixed-cost commitment.
Tell us about your idea — we'll get back within one business day with initial thoughts, questions, and next steps.
